My first stab at what it takes to get a server on it's feet with Ubuntu to host WebCTRL.

Now have four customers on Linux in Azure. It's a bit of a learning curve on the OS side but refreshing how much knowledge transfer there is in the Zabbix/OpenVPN areas. End result is a faster experience on the front end with less resources used.

And just WTF is windows doing all the damn time? I feel like I want to hand our win licensing rep a bill for unrequested resource usage.

Server 2016 datacenter edition BTW, not some POS win 10 desktop OS here;

Moar logs. Remember to add the five minute alarm threshold to the event duration in right column.

Yeah that's going to add up in the cloud unchecked. Wouldn't say stripping windows down to the bare min is going to get easier with the feature bloated server versions either.
